supported by Lennox Computer on a "fully
supported basis", with a significant degree
of interaction between each client, and
Lennox Computer which may involve
elements of custom tailoring and
extensions to the software, and/or
consulting and training associated with the
operational commissioning of the software. The sequence of events will vary depending upon circumstances, but here is a typical schedule which suits many prospective LILAC users. |
| Computer Hardware Supply & Support |
| Lennox Computer's primary function is the design,
programming, installation and support of
sophisticated software applications. Nevertheless
you will drive significant benefit if you allow us to
specify, quote, supply and install suitable PC
hardware, peripherals and network infrastructure. This will allow us to take full responsibility for the reliable and efficient operation of all aspects of your computer and IT systems. Significantly you may avoid the pain of split responsibility between software,hardware and network services suppliers. |
| If you are confident that one of Lennox Computer's packaged offerings are a good fit for your enterprise - simply contact us to arrange an installation schedule. We will commence the deployment of LILAC for your enterprise upon payment of a 50% deposit, and the balance becomes payable upon completion of the installation. |
| You can obtain a written quotation/sales order for the products you wish to purchase via our eCommerce pages accessed via the Software -> Buy LILAC link in the menus above. This will also provide us with your identity details and alert us to your interest. |
| On the other hand if you are unsure of the exact combination of LILAC modules & features that will provide an optimal solutions to your enterprises IT needs, you may wish to commission Lennox Computer to perform a preliminary Systems Analysis study of you operations and provide you with a written report & proposal outlining software module & features, hardware resource requirements and local & wide-area network infrastructure requirements. |
| Depending on the scale of your operations
Lennox Computer will spend from 16 to 32
hours of consulting time providing you with
a Systems Analysis study which may cost
from $3024.00 to $6048 - agin we will
require a 50% deposit payment prior to
commencing work, and the balance upon
presentation of the report. If the study requires travel outside of the Brisbane, Australia metropolitan area, then any travel and accommodation costs will be additional. |
